We check viabilityThe 30 Squares Team looks at the area for enough real, walkable, interesting locations to fill 30 Squares.

We decide how to build itA viable request becomes an official Treasure Trail, built directly by the 30 Squares Team or offered to an approved Creator.

We let you knowIf your requested area becomes a trail, or if it's not currently viable, we'll follow up by email.
What makes a good trail request
- ✓A real place people can walk around — a town centre, village, seafront, park or attraction.
- ✓Enough distinct, interesting locations to support 30 Squares.
- ✓Somewhere with local businesses that could get involved as sponsors or Indoor Squares.
Typical process
Most requests are reviewed within a couple of weeks. Popular or well-suited areas may be prioritised. Building a full trail — clues, images, What3Words locations and testing — typically takes several weeks once a request is approved, so this is about starting that conversation, not an instant trail.
